Earlier in the year Chris Cresswell arranged to hold an Art Journaling Weekend at Broad Lee House for crafty friends of hers from across the country. It duly took place on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July, 2015. The weather was kind to us and we were able to hold the event on the terrace under gazebos.
On the Saturday we concentrated on working with rubber stamps both on paper and fabric.

On the Sunday we worked up some pages based on ideas developed by Lynne Perrella and Teesha Moore.
Iggy took charge of quality control throughout the event.
Chris, Helen, Sam, Emma, Lin and Lin showing examples of their work.
We bound our working signatures into hard covers at the end of the workshop. Here is an example of the work produced.
I received the following email from Chris Cresswell, the organiser of the event:
Hi James! Just wanted to thank you for such a lovely, creative, relaxing weekend. All the girls thoroughly enjoyed it and are even talking about re- booking! Pretty amazing that you managed to impress them all! You've made a couple of the girls into Teesha Moore fans too. Your teaching was great. You made us all feel very welcome as well as motivated. The sunshine helped as well as your gorgeous cats!
